Washoku Renaissance Two Years Anniversary Month!

This month is our two years anniversary since I started Washoku Renaissance from the concept of Kamakura, getting outside of the box of myself in the restaurant industry. I couldn't come to get here without much of your support. Thank you very much!

It is a celebrating time, but I set this as a strong start for another year, in which I explore more possibilities to our future in food and Japanese culture outside of Japan.

Hope I see you more often and share the dream to come further!
