Separately, afterwards, Youji's #WashokuRenaissance will host a casual local-themed tasting dinner featuring StOurs products: Washokology Vol. 4 at 8pm of the same night (9/4) for $100 plus tax and service ($117.70, excludes beverages).
Upon payment confirmation, registrants of the StOurs Product Showcase will receive a private link to book Washokology Vol. 4 (8 seats max) until August 11th. Reservations will be open to the public starting on 8/12.
Because StOurs’ products all are made with shellfish ingredients, we can't accommodate shellfish allergies. We also cannot accommodate soy allergies. Samples may have other allergens. Any allergies should be consulted upon your reservation.

Clam Broth Powder A clean, briny powder made from slow simmering Atlantic surf clams + Ocean Quahogs and dehydrating their stock, perfect as bouillon.
Lobster Broth Powder Adding lobster and shrimp shells into our clam stock enhances the umami; makes a great seafood butter to dip and top with.
Green Crab Broth Powder StOurs newest flavor: you’ll be among the first to try! Made from an invasive New England crab that preys on our native shellfish species. Since these crabs don’t yield much meat, we make this stock, singing with a crabby sweetness and seaweed notes. Youji makes a wholesome ramen with it; it’s also great for crab bisque and spiced dishes.
