How can you help support our dreams?

We're starting a crowdfunding campaign to improve guest experience and Washoku Renaissance's future

on August 1st, 2024, until the end of the month! 
 

Anything helps! If we raise $2500, all further donations in 30 days will be matched by the Massachusetts Growth Capital Corporation (MGCC) via the Biz-M-Power Crowdfunding Matching Program.

Funding from this campaign will support:

• Installing more inclusive seating for our guests [chairs with backs!]

  • Here is a guest's comment: "Hi Youji, It was great meal! The ingredients are really fresh! One thing I would really like to see improvement is the seats. I would really love more padding (make the seats softer) and a back. It's a four hour fantastic experience for my mouth and spirit but my body is killing me. Thanks"

• Acquiring and storing more diverse varieties of local seafood through quality-preserving, food-safety-ensuring ultra low temp freezers 

• Building out a more ergonomic kitchen [racks that can be rolled instead of needing to be lifted; less heavy cutting boards] so we can ensure we can continue to operate in good health even as we grow older!
